The ornament is cute but arrived broken and needed to be glued together.

Cute ornament but opened on Christmas morning to discover it was broken.

Woodstock is the coolest. Not only can he whistle and endlessly fly in loops, but he can hit those slopes with no jacket. Great ornament, fairly small. Ours had a small blemish on woodstocks back which I’m pretty bummed about.

Item is cute but arrived broken in 5 pieces. Received another hallmark ornament in same box which was not broken. Appear to have trouble with this item breaking. Would like a refund.

Not really sure how this broke inside the ornament packaging, but it did. Maybe it was just a lemon, but of course then I couldn’t get a replacement at the sale price.

Unfortunately this ornament broke soon after coming home from the store. Although plastic, it did not survive a fall from bottom branch of tree to carpeted fall. It broke at the feet, the smallest and most angled part of the ornent so it is not repairable.

Good quality product from department 56.Best place for Christmas ornaments at a reasonable price. Hallmark ornaments are well made and will last a lifetime, and many more generations to come.
