Very stiff, hard to install but once I watched some videos a few times I got it!

It is as what I expected. installed well and worth the money.

Wife’s shark vacuum hose cracked and was not connecting. Ordered this part and replaced it on the vacuum and it’s working better than ever before. this particular part is not correct in sz as advertised. Contacted the Shark manufacturer and was told no hose is available- entire head has to be replaced.! My husband repaired it with a washer hose
