Alex Evenings Women's Tea Length Jacket Dress, Perfect for Weddings, Formal Events (Petite and Regular Sizes)

Needed a long dress for my 5’03” 135lb 89 y/o MIL for a wedding rehearsal but the petites in long dresses were still too long but these “tea length” dresses are perfect bc they’re long enough on her but not too long where she could trip. She tried the petite in these but then it was too short so the standard sz 14 worked perfect. Here’s a list of all the pros:-Perfect ankle length for the ultra petite.-The boatneck, faux jacket, & 3/4 sleeves provide the perfect extra coverage needed by an elderly person.-The appearance of being a two piece conceals the belly perfectly w/out the need to wear any support undergarment like a girdle.-The material is comfortable w/ no inner seams or lace that bother or irritate the skin like in other models. And she tried most all available styles in this brand & this is one of the few that didn’t bother her at all.-Great quality. beautiful color, & classic style.Highly recommend!

Excellent fit for my mom after several tries kf styles. She selected this one because it was flattering for her pear body shape and beautiful for the wedding.

This is a very pretty outfit. I ordered a regular size 12 1nd I got a Petite size 12. The jacket sleeves are a little tight, but there is enough stretch in the fabric so I can still wear the jacket. I can feel the sequins through the sleeves, so it is a bit scratchy.. Just make sure that the employees who pick the orders understand that there is a difference between the same size in Regular and Petite.

This dress was shipped without its jacket. It had to be returned. Very disappointing as the dress was beautiful

I am 5'1", 150 lbs., 36G bra. Size 10 Petite fits perfectly. This dress is a true petite that did not add extra bulk or look droopy. The skirt is slenderizing and the cinched/buttoned waist shows curves very well. Unlike dresses gathered at the waist that make petite women look short and frumpy, this dress makes body imperfections look good. The color blends well with silvers and grays, giving a dressy, polished look.

This dress was beautiful and just perfect as mother of the groom dress. I received so many compliments on this dress. It was comfortable to wear all evening. I was afraid to wash it before the wedding, so I pressed it lightly with a thin towel on top to remove the wrinkles.
