No, there will be crazing, which happens as the ceramic expands and contracts but, the finish will confidently hold up to these temperatures. Your ceramics have a lifetime warranty so if ever the ceramic breaks we will be happy to replace it.

Yes, the Kettle Joe has the same size cooking service as the Classic I. The Big Joe heat deflector (BJ-HDP - Big Joe Half Moon Deflector Plates - 1 pair -Half Moon Deflector Plates - 1 pair (BigJoe) Fits into SloRoller – allows for divided heat deflector instead of one solid layer

No it won't, the openings on the side are too small.
