Warp speed compared to my Windows machine
Finally got sick of my Windows computers always needing updates that take forever and get slower each time. This computer is a rocket. Boots up instantly and works smoothly. I added a free AV and VPN. Doesn't have any bloatware. Touch screen is nice and super clear. The keys have a quality feel and are backlit. My old computer had backlit keys but they were always on or off and if they were off, it was too difficult to see the keys. This computer lights up the keys from the bottom which is far better plus the light turns off if you aren't typing for a few seconds then comes back on when you type. Even if the backlight is off, the keys are easy to see. Battery life is good if you shut it down each time. If you close the lid, it seems to still use battery power. If you are working continuously however, the battery life is excellent. The sound is poor. It is not a music machine. My old computer had excellent sound. This one is just good enough to hear whatever it is you need to hear. If you use bluetooth headphones or speakers, you'll be fine. It is light weight and feels well built. Wish it had an HDMI but I knew it didn't when I bought it. It does have a SIM slot though and bluetooth which is great. I went from a 14" to this but it seems large because of the bezel being so slim with a narrow frame. It runs cool in your lap and doesn't seem to have or need a fan. So far I am very happy with this computer. Definitely recommend.

Amazing Chrome book
This is my initial review for the Acer Chromebook Enterprise Spin, and I will continue updating it as I'm using it.I will try to keep this review short as people don't like long reviews, my self included. This is a very high quality Chromebook, way better and better upgrade over my son's Hp chrome book which was lagy and slow and screen was horrible, but this one is just amazing, super fast and got 4g support, and touch screen, everything you might think off it has it, you can tell, everything about it is screaming quality, from the packaging to the product unboxing experience, everything is on point and feels very premium and it got all the bells and whistles you can think off.Looks and feels very well made and looks exactly like the pictures and the colors are true and accurate, I've been using it for the past month and it's been great and there is nothing really to complain about, I highly recommend it.Please if you found my review to be helpful don't forget to click on the helpful button below as it will help other customers develop a more informative decision and raise more awareness within the buyer's community. Thanks for reading my review.

Built for Mobile Employees or Field Agents, w/ multi-point corning glass touchscreen, bit pricey
The Acer Enterprise 513 Spin Chromebook feels purpose built for businesses or schools leveraging SaaS-based processes/workflows alongside a mobile workforce. Certain features like the optional ability to ship the device with a Chromebook enterprise license attached to it, appears to be directed at eliminating inefficiencies in the onboarding and provisioning processes in some businesses. While this Chromebook also works well for personal use, there are more affordable options available from Acer targeted at the consumer market.Regarding the hardware, the Qualcomm Snapdragon kryo 468 processor inside combined with 8gb of lpddr4x ram allows for multi-tasking with most of Google's G-Suite products running concurrently as well as various third party play store apps. In my testing scenarios I ran through a typical process we use at our company to test the hardware. For this workflow, a CRM webpage is loaded for data entry, a Google Drive tab was loaded for uploading files, a new Google Sheet was made for data entry, and the play store GoCanvas app was opened for mobile form processing. While testing this workflow I had no issues with hardware limitations or throttling, though I did notice slowdown when opening larger spreadsheet files while all of the aforementioned apps were open as well. For most workflows you won't encounter any issues. However for tab hoarders you may notice the system slowing down due to the 8gb of ram when you're in the 15-20 tab range with memory hungry background processes.Real world battery tests showed 7.5 hours - 12.5 hours on average of usage depending on background apps running, video playback time, and chrome tabs opened. The battery inside offers more than enough time to complete a day's work (and likely two days if in standby and not watching videos) though so no complains on this end.As for the display, the 13.3" 1080p screen is good enough for most users. Spreadsheet heavy and word processor heavy workflows would probably benefit from a slightly larger screen but for the most part most modern workers are comfortable with this screen size due to the change to SaaS browser based platforms. For quick data entry into an EHR system or CRM this is just about the perfect screen size. The multi-touch display also features corning gorilla glass and seems accurate when using it with a stylus or your fingers. Thanks to the hinge design you can spin the screen around and turn the Chromebook into a tablet-like device. For field workers or mobile staff this is incredibly useful, especially if you're using something like Docusign in your organization. I can also envision this being handy for construction businesses when combined with a durable case. The webcam and mic is good enough for regular Zoom or Google Meet usage but nothing to write home about. The build quality of the Acer Spin 513 is good in my opinion. The chassis feels solid enough when pressing down on it as well as the screen. The hinges feel like they'll stand up to years of use. Acer in my opinion makes some of the most durable Chromebooks so I'm not too worried about hinge failure. The keyboard doesn't have a number-pad though so keep that in mind if you or your employees need that.Overall as an enterprise grade product this feels like it's just about there, although a more powerful processor would've turned this into a better deal at this price point. That being said with the current supply chain issues and the role Acer's targeting with an energy efficient processor alongside 4G LTE, the current price can be somewhat justified.
