Q: Is this compatible with the Pawz Away collars?

Per Petsafe they operate at 18 khz radio frequencies. So if your Pawz away is 18 khz than it will work. They state all Petsafes are compatible.

Q: why doesn't this work?

If both lights are out, there is no power to the unit. If you are sure that you have power to the unit, it may be defective & needs replacement. If the "Loop" light is out, there is a break in the under-ground boundary wire. This is more difficult top find, but if you walk-it, you might find where an animal has dug it up. Hop this helps..

Q: will this work with my RFA-561 collaes?
