Q: If i wear a women's 11, what size do i need?

There is a shoe size chart slide on the left of the product image. Note that you have to indicate the AFO size next to color!

Q: Is there an important difference between left and right? I was sent the wrong one.

I haven't tried to interchange from my left to my right (I purchased the correct foot) but I can tell that the strap securing clasp is on the inside to make it simple to remove/secure and if it was on the outside it would be slightly more difficult to do so

Q: How big is the band that goes around the leg? Will it work for people with bigger legs?

Not sure of the exact size, but yes it will work whatever the size of your leg as it is very much adjustable?
