I just bought a third one. This one has a setting for proofing bread and the interior is large enough to bake a loaf of sourdough bread. You can even warm your starter in it.It works beautifully. The searing plate is totally awesome. I bought it on a special day and it was a big discount like 1/3 off so the value is totally awesome as far as I’m concerned.

As a Vine reviewer, I've had access to try a LOT of different air fryer ovens over the past couple of years. I've always been on the hunt for that perfect multifunctional device that I could use for most anything, and every attempt until now has been a failure. This particular oven is SO much more than it appears.First of all, the flip-up design of the oven is such a winner. When the oven's not in use, simply flip it up and out of the way and regain all of that lost countertop space. It easily flips down when you need to use it. This oven includes the searing plate, which works perfectly for everything I've tried. I did some ribeye steaks in this, and they turned out perfect. It takes longer for the searing plate to heat up, but the system tells you when it's ready to use.Speaking of heating up... if you're using the Air Bake feature, expect to wait 1-2 minutes until it's ready to go. Yep, this heats up faster than anything I've tried. It bakes evenly... while it's not very deep, you can bake a cake in it and it comes out perfectly baked. I use it for almost everything.My biggest complaint is that it's not as deep as I would like, as the depth prevents you from using it for some things. Roasting a whole chicken is likely not an option unless the bird is really small.I honestly didn't expect much from the Air Fryer feature... I've found that the best air fryers usually have the fan at the top of the unit blowing downward, while the fan in this unit is on the side. However, I've used this repeatedly as an Air Fryer and I can state that it actually browns more evenly than any other air fryer I've tried.By the way, this thing is nearly silent! In Air Fry mode you can barely hear the fan operating, but at any other time it's almost completely silent. The case of the unit does heat up when it's in use, but not nearly as much as the other ovens I've tried.Cleaning the unit is easy. I've been amazed at how easily it wipes out. I had a pizza that dripped cheese onto the heating elements, and I expected a nightmare to clean it once it cooled. However, a few quick swipes and it was as good as new; totally unexpected.The reviews don't lie, this is a winner and I would buy it again in a heartbeat. I've retired all of the other air fryers and countertop ovens to the basement and I would prefer to use this any day over my built-in KitchenAid Architect series oven.

This is my go-to oven. I use it for fries, baking, air-frying my chicken wings. It's convenient and it flips up. Great if there is a lack of counter space. It doesn't have the rotisserie, but that's okay. I can buy a rotisserie chicken from the supermarket if I want it.

We own a lot ninja products and after a couple years, my FG551 still worked great and I do still prefer the cast iron grill at times, but this new model gives a lot more space to work with. The dual heating elements definitely make a big difference. It just cooks faster and what looks like much more evenly. The controls are easy to understand separating the dual heat vs air fry side.Only reason I bought this was because it also had the thermometer. For a quick NY strip or chicken quarters, these cooked to perfection every time when otherwise I might miss the mark. Considering wireless thermometers are getting cheap, not such a big deal anymore.I don't like the baskets because they're a paid to clean, maybe offer a non-stick version some how. difficult to clean with breaded items. Otherwise it seems fairly easy to clean and looks pretty good.Flipping up and out of the way really works out for us as we have limited counter space with all these gadgets, so now it's usable where the other really wasn't. Would recommend for sure."Test" cooked a thin crust HEB frozen pizza. Cooked in 8 mins and was the best crust I may have ever had on a frozen pizza. I make homemade pizzas in the oven and the stone and all that, really looking forward to seeing how well this performs on fresh pizza because the stone honestly was never that great.UPDATE: Had a bad temp probe (off by 15 deg F) and Amazon wasn't able to help so called manufacturer and they troubleshoot with you and afterwards agreed to send out a new probe without charge. Easier than expected. Unfortunately the new probe is also 15-20 deg off and just isn't reliable. Using my wireless CIQ probe works fine in the oven so I'm good, suspect it's something with the oven, not the probe unfortunately. Keeping it.

This is the most versatile oven: it will roast, toast, air fry, broil, flat out do it all! I bought it to air fry! And it does that well. The only knock is that it's capacity is pretty much locked in for two people. So if you are cooking for more you will have to do it in stages or lots. It is fast...it will cook French Fries, Onion Rings, Breaded Mushrooms, Chicken Nuggets, Fish, anything that you want that is air fried flat out at 450 degrees om 10 minutes or less (I do 5 minutes on each side or just shake the basket). It has the capacity to function as a regular oven or toaster which is great when you don't want to heat up the much larger oven. It will cook 4 hamburgers or any lasagna or chicken parmesan faster than a conventional oven and avoid stooping over a much lower oven and it has a nifty light so you can see if it is browned to your satisfaction. Pizza either frozen comes out nicely browned with a crisp crust especially if you experiment and use a pre-heated stone not a metal pan! Roughly a dozen pre-programmed choices make experimenting less challenging. So start with the air fry and pizza and keep having success! The racks pull out and go into the dish washer for easy clean up. Blower runs during shut down to cool it off and it stands up to be able to push it back on the counter to take up way less space! I use it so often it never gets put away! Most useful appliance I purchased this year!
