Amazing flour for biscuits!
My husband was looking for a low gluten wheat to make the type of biscuits his mom made with Lily White (in AL) and I was looking for something that wouldn't upset my stomach in the way that American does and this is it!! Flaky, toothsome, flavorful biscuits and no allergic reaction. We love!

Good flour- doubled in price!
You should know that this is an excellent flour with less gluten, which sells for much less in France, as my French friends have all told me it has a ridiculously high profit margin and sells for about $3 in France. The markup for 5 small 2.2-pound packages between May 4 and July 14 went from $ 37.05 to $67.05. A 50% markup! I will have to look for a different flour and company. It especially hurts because I have been an excellent customer for many years. Je suis vraiment navrée ! Even if the tariffs have started, this flour was no doubt already in the US.

Great flour but don't buy from this seller who shipped a rock-hard product
This is EXCELLENT flour but I do not recommend you buy from this seller. I've ordered it numerous times off Amazon from different sellers and it was always a great product. But from this seller, DEAL26, the the bottom third of the bag of flour was unusable because the flour was as hard as a rock. I broke it off into little pieces, hoping I could crush it and use it, but that didn't work -- it was still too hard. I don't know if it took on moisture or was stored improperly. In any case, this flour is already expensive, and for a third of the bag to be unusable is inexcusable. Next time I will order from JF Distributions or one of the other Amazon sellers I used in the past. Even though they charged more, at least I got a bag that was fully usable. I want to be clear that this flour itself is an excellent flour, but don't buy it from this seller.

Worth the price
If you bake, fry foods with a coating, or anything else you may use flour for... It's worth not buying US brands. Our food standards are much lower. I noticed a difference right away, but after using it for so long I come to expect the higher quality and will not buy US flours anymore.

Depends on your preference
I don't think it helped with Gluten issues. Just my opinion. I do feel it's better than Pillsbury or other American flours. I'm someone , vegan, and gf... so i tried it however I'm better off just blending up my Farmers In The Know Oats into oat flour, or using organic almond and coconut flour.

Unusable product
Flour is filled with hard compact lumps of dried hard flour that are not able to break up.

Gluten Intolerant Friendly Flour
I've not been able to eat anything with gluten for 8 years without awful side effects. I'd read that gluten intolerant Americans had no issues eating regular food in Europe due to European laws restricting certain chemicals very commonly used in the US. I bought a sack of this French flour, made a loaf of bread, and ate the entire thing without any problems at all!! This has completely changed my world. I am rediscovering my joy in cooking and baking. So many favorite foods that I had given up on, I am once again able to enjoy. Some might balk at the cost, but gluten free flours are about as expensive and the baking outcomes are rarely very good or easy to execute. I highly recommend this flour!

Excellente farine ! Mais le prix est exorbitant !!! Les prix en Europe ne dépassent pas 2.93€. Pourquoi une telle différence de prix?

Nothing quite like wheat products that haven't been doused in glyphosate and other poisons that cause celiac. No bloating or uncomfortable feelings after consuming the bread I made with it. Not cheap but more than worth it.

The flour came in double packaging. As this is organic flour I don’t know how long the flour has sat in a warehouse without being refrigerated. I have used the flour for making muffins and until now I haven’t had a gluten intolerance issue

I always cooked with Francine flour. This is the best quality flour on the market: crepes/pancakes, pies, bechamel sauce, cakes, madeleines etc., everything turns fantastic. I wish Amazon will import more variety of Francine flour and at a cheaper price.

I tried using this flour with my usual recipe. The dough was very wet, more like batter. I’m not faulting it, just have to find a recipe that will work well with it.
