This hat comes twisted into a small zip lock bag. This permanently warps and twists the hat to be unbearable and useless. Don't waste your money.

Definitely showed up a little warped like some of the reviewers said. Fits nice on my kask super plasma helmet. I ironed it out with steam and set it on the countertop to cool and it flattened out. Just used moderate heat because its synthetic material.

I read the other reviews so I should have known. The ring is boxed up and folded. It’s a metal band so you can deduce where this is going. It took a week with weighted objects while it was on my helmet to get it round and stay there. It functions as designed once that issue is fixed.

I had a very difficult time getting this sun visor on to my technical helmet (actually thought it was an impossibility at one point), but trust me it will fit and when it does it is worth the effort. Very cool design and keeps it form despite being stretch beyond conceivable limits.

It fits my petzel helmet but due to shipping it’s warped. I’m going to return it.

I’ve tried everything to get the brim to lay flat. It was twisted up like a sunshade for shipping and it absolutely will not straighten out. I placed it under a stack of books for a week sort of flattened out, the. I ironed it sort of flattened out. Firmest time it got warm in the sun the memory in the plastic coil around the brim returned it to taco shaped. I gave it 3 stars because it will keep the sun off of you but the brim is either going to be up totally out of the way it down blocking my vision.

I bought this for hot sunny days. It works great in the rain also.
