Great smoking pellet
Mesquite pellet ....well even though it's not a southern mesquite it still smells awesome. Keeps at a very consistent temp and low ash and build up for it being a mesquite. Even though it's a mix of mesquite and red oak it still gives you the sticky icky mesquite smell and taste. Running a tri tip now on smoke and will see how it performs with that. Already ran a brisket, baby backs, and chicken legs and came out perfect. Running this with a traeger pro and zero issues. Plan on ordering hickory and oak and test them. Smoke on and enjoy
