Rancho Gordo Yellow Eye Heirloom Beans, Four Pack

I love Rancho Gordo beans. I'm very happy to see them offered with Prime shipping.This was my first time using Yellow Eye. I made Senate Bean Soup with them. Delicious soup, and reliably good beans.

There is just no other bean out there that i know of that is as good as these beans, especially done as Boston baked beans. The flavor just FAR surpasses navy beans. It really makes a difference.

They are beans. What can I say? Kind of pricey but I wanted to try them out any way.

The perfect replacement for black eye peas. They have a smooth buttery flavor that goes great with ham hocks or in a ham and bean soup.
