NEWGO gel ice pack are the best! They stay cold longer than any I used without being too cold on the skin. They are made very well with a nice material and finish Came with a freezer storage bag that keep the smells from food transferring to gel pack .

This item isn't eligible for return
I am skinny and it didn't fit well. Unfortunately, I couldn't return it because it is excluded from Amazon Return Policy. Very disappointing!

Matches original
I bought this as a hot pack. It matches the original and fits perfectly. It tends to get too hot and looses heat faster than I like but that is a function of thermodynamics, not the product. Still works great as an ice pack.

Freezes hard
Thought it was a gel type pack but it not. It freezes hard so it’s difficult to bend
