Symphony of Destruction
Kingdom Under Fire Circle of Doom is an exceedingly fun game & Phenomenal Masterpiece in my opinion. It has beautiful graphics. Celine is my favorite character. If you like Baldur's Gate & Gauntlet, then you'll love this game. I vehemently do. You can constantly level up your character. I heartily endorse it. It's a work of art.

A long-awaited sequel.
A wonderful game that many of us who used the series on the original xbox were waiting for. Great graphics and realistic action for players of all skill levels.

Great game, find a friend though
StoryWell, that is hard to say, there are several characters to pick from, and each has their own reason for doing what they are doing. Most characters will, however, end up fighting a single final enemy, Encablossa. Encablossa is something of a dark lord, who controls the realm of darkness (and Nibel being the lord of light) and is trying to end the Age of Light and bring forth the Age of Darkness.GraphicsThe graphics feel a bit dated today, but that is simply because the game was released 2007-2008, but is not horrible. There is also the problem that there are so many areas in the game, that they start to have that, 'Wasn't I here before?' look to them (this is more true when you get to the library), but other than that they are, again for the time they were released, good.ControlsThe controls are very simplistic in Kingdom Under Fire, there is no elaborate combos. It's a hack and slash, if you can button mash, you're good to go. Items can be hot keyed to one of the buttons or shoulders.Music/Voice/SoundAnother meh area, there is very little in the area of music, generally only playing when in combat, otherwise it's very low and quite. Voicing, in my opinion is done well, characters aren't cheesy and don't sound like C grade actors.OtherOnce the game is beat, you unlock harder difficulties, the last being Extreme, in which the beginning area has level 80 enemies. This is a great way to level up friends, invite them, have them run in and hit the enemies and run out, then you kill them. The game offers online play, which is what makes the game great, when I played it, it was still surprisingly alive. You can join any game as long as you have access to the difficulty. You'll pair up with others to destroy enemies and it makes the game stupid easy.AchievementsThe achievements are pretty much for doing the story, you will have to do somethings in certain order to unlock secret events in order to 'finish' the characters story.

Combat Animations...
Combat animations are why I had to find this game again. It becomes a grind quickly and the music is dark (a little too dark, sometimes dull and monotonous), but the combat is addictive. If you were expecting a tradition KUF game, this isn't the game. However, if you enjoy sitting on the couch and grinding exp to awesome (very awesome) combat animations, this might be for you. An overall underrated game. It's fun to try out, pick up a used copy for cheap!

What the heck were they thinking?
I bought this game thinking it would be like the previous "Kingdom Under Fire" games. Alas, that was an idiotic assumption. This game is utterly different from the previous incarnation which was like "Dynasty Warriors". This one is a basic button mashing dungeon crawler. Honestly, the only thing given great thought was the graphics and the item creation system. Those two things are insanely fine tuned and awesome. Albight, they kind of crippled the item creation system with their patch. The idea was that they'd slow down the process of super items being created and force people to spend more time on the game. What happened instead was that now only a handful of those people that WERE playing the game are left. If you wanna play this one, rent it and enjoy it while you can.

Great game
Played this game off and on for a good number of years. While it can get dull playing alone, playing online and with a few talkative friends make it worth every penny with 6 characters to choose from (one needs to be unlocked) and multiple very challenging difficulties, lots of loot this game could keep you on your toes.If you like loot, killing hordes of baddies with a few friends online then this is a game for you
