Broke after a month of use
Product is really cute fit my high schoolers needs well and all the products she had to bring to and from school every day. Unfortunately not even one month into school a strap broke. An hour later the other strap broke. She's now walking around school with her straps short and tied together. I'm out 40 bucks and past return window. Don't buy this. Or at least not for a functional school backpack. This is for ascetic only.

In general I thought it was a good purchase since it included everything for my daughter's needs for school. I received it on a Friday and after only 4 days of use the zipper broke. They do not return money only if the product is not used. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUY IT

Keep your money
The handle on the book bag ripped and the stripes within a week you had to put all the pieces together yourself that came with the book bag.

Wish I could get a refund
Not a good buy. Bag is NOT DURABLE. My daughter got it for school. Within 30 days the bag ripped AND the zippers messed up.
