My interactions with Concord directly prior to my purchase of two crack chaser blades sealed the deal for me.Even when my purchase was questionable given availability concerns via Amazon, the representative took the greatest care to ensure I got the most accurate information about their blades, installation, and proper usage consistent with DeWalt's specifications for my 7inch Grinder.I did suggest in the first call that they include RPM information for all of their blades advertised on Amazon. RPM is most fundamental to determining a blades suitability and compliance with a particular Grinder. The RPM given me by phone far exceeded by thousands my DeWalt Grinder's minimum threshold of 8,500 (if memory serves me correctly).I have yet to use the blades but they are sturdy and solid as compared to blades I have seen and handled in retail stores.Providing my experience is the same as the overwhelmingly positive reviews supporting my decision to go with Concord, I am confident these two blades (5", 0.25 and 7", 0.375) will handle completely my two driveways, sidewalk with stairs, and 14x55 terrace all concrete, in disrepair with numerous cracks of varying sizes, in need of a lot of maintenance.

I am putting lights in an SRW block wall, and needed to cut groves in the solid blocks to run wires. I didn't look at the picture closely enough, and thought that the cross section was rectangular. I didn't think cutting a vee shaped grove would work for my application, but I thought I would give it a try. I found that after I cut the vee groove into the block, if I drew the grinder back at an angle, I could cut a perfect trough in the block. It was perfect for running wires. The cutter itself cuts very quickly and smoothly. I have cut about 100' of the SRW, and have noticed no degradation in performance.

Very happy with the product and pricing. Shipping can be a problem. Inventory said there were 8 available so I ordered 8 with prime shipping but it took a few weeks before I recieved the entire order.

I'm very happy with the Concord Blades 4" x .25" Crack Chaser Blade which I utilized to effortlessly chase multiple cracks in a slab foundation. It cuts so quickly and easily, in fact, that the user should be attentive to ensure a deeper cut isn't made than intended. I won't have much use for a crack chaser beyond this project, so my selection was based primarily on its lower cost. It turned out to be a wise choice as I can't imagine that a higher priced crack chaser would provide any additional performance benefits. I can't speak to this item's long-term durability, but it doesn't show any signs of wear after this small project, nor should it.Item price as of 01/18: $25.18 (4" x 0.25")

Used this on several cracks with a dewalt grinder. it powered through the concrete, blades work great for getting the crack open for applying filler material. This made the crack repair MUCH better than without chasing the crack first. I tried both ways. Seemed to hold up well after about 100 feet of cracks.

Worked great! I expected this blade to be unruly to work with on a grinder, but it breezed through a number of concrete cracks on my driveway. I would suggest eyewear, face shield, and breathing mask.

So far, we have chewed out over 200' of concrete cracks... and there is a LOT of life left in this 7 inch crack chaser. We're only grinding out 3,000 psiconcrete at the most... but even at that, it is doing a fantastic job for us. To have hired this job done so far, would have cost much more thanthe price of this diamond blade.

For half the price of other name brand blades this blade worked just as intended. Used for my basement floor and blade still looks brand new. I would recommend this blade to anyone who needs to chase concrete cracks.
