I'm sure it's a nice bread maker IF the dough blade fit. Its extremely loose. Because the unit came with instructions that are like instructions for assembling a model airplane, I can't tell if the blade is loose, or the metal piece on the bread pan is too narrow...so now I don't know if I should return it, buy a new blade, or buy a new pan. Also, a button doesn't work on the unit unless you mash very hard on the bottom edge of the button. Very disappointed. This is why I hate buying online. This wasn't keyton that sent the unit, it was Excellent Products, Inc. Im disabled and don't own a printer, making this a very difficult item to return. Getting sick of taking risks on discounted items. Usually a reason for the discount.Update!! - Changing from 1 star to 4 stars. Excellent Products contacted me and we're very helpful. I have a new unit on the way. It seems there was a simple shipping error. I will return to rate 5 stars if the new unit looks good. Thanks!

The first time that I had knowledge about this bread maker, I felt a little intimidated because this machine don’t bring a recipe book.After I use it, I understood that a recipe book is not necessary at all because this is a product that is useful easy. The best to me is that the sky is the limit because this bread maker works perfectly with classic and modern recipes.Is easy to clean and is not loud.To me is the perfect choice!

The media could not be loaded.  Keyton Stainless Steel 2lbs Bread Maker is user-friendly and bakes bread evenly all the way through! I was a little intimidated by the 24 settings, but the user manual was easy to understand. I've never made jam in a bread maker before. I used a simple recipe that only consists of strawberries, sugar and pectin. I processed the strawberries, added sugar and pectin in a bowl, then poured into the bread pan. The knob has two buttons on top- Ok/ Start Stop. Once the bread maker is plugged in it will automatically power on. The LCD screen illuminates blue, then you will see the first setting blinking. Rotate the knob to your selection, in this case, jam. Each setting has a different program duration and the jam is 1hr and 20mins. I highlighted the "jam" setting and pressed "Start". The bread maker immediately began heating up the jam. Once the program setting is complete an alarm will sound.The next setting I use in the video is the "sweet bread" to make cinnamon bread. The bread settings allow you to customize your crust color, the weight (amount) of your bread and the delay time. Press "Ok" after each selection and "Start" to begin, or if everything is already correct you can press "Start". If you misjudge the weight of your bread and it needs to bake a bit longer. Once the alarm goes off, you can rotate the knob to "bake". This setting allows you to choose your crust color and then starts baking without kneading or yield for yeast rising. Therefore, you can bake a little while longer. Also, after the alarm sounds it will continue to keep the bread warm for one hour.The bread maker is silent, except for when the dough is kneading. I was quite surprised there wasn't even a "humming" sound. The bread maker has worked perfectly, so far. The bread has an even color crust all the way around. The inside of the loaf bakes evenly all the way through. My cinnamon bread was soft and fluffy inside with a golden-brown crust. the bread maker has been very reliable! Thanks for watching!

This bread machine is the BOMB!! Just pulled out a loaf made from a favorite recipe, and it is just BEAUTIFUL. Much better results than with my now-donated other bread machine. If you're a beginner or novice, I recommend this one highly. It'll get you up and running and accommodate all the creativity you can muster into the future. I also believe the seasoned bread baker will be in awe of it as well. Very user friendly, and the manual is concise but complete with instructions. For anyone concerned with the lack of recipes offered, I would ask why? The internet is replete with all you can find for your own personal taste and diet preferences. This machine is designed to handle them all with ease. A couple of things that I was searching for when I came upon this listing...ability to opt out of beeping throughout the cycles and an option for customizing cycles to my own preference. This baby took care of both!! The only beeping remaining after opting out of "add ingredient" is at the end of the bake, and while there are 10 beeps, they aren't nearly as loud as on my current machine and very tolerable in a small area. It also has a "Do It Yourself" option that allows the user to plug in the time for each segment of the bread-making cycle for a customized baking experience. Since I've only had this item for a short time, I can't vouch for longevity to be expected, but with the quality of the machine, I'd have to guess that it won't let us down. Couldn't be happier with this purchase, and highly recommend.
