I made a mistake in ordering the item. I wanted a unit that covered the back of the shoulder

Purchased primarily for the heating pad. Have heated it twice in the microwave for only 1.5 minutes. The piece that goes against my neck almost burned me. When I let it cool a bit the pack did not retain much heat for more than 5 minutes. This is totally useless for the amount of pain I have. Been using the click type of heating pads which work much better and stay hot longer. I thought this one would be great for traveling since it does not need to be regenerated in a pot of boiling water. But it is not much of a heating pad. Have not tried cold pack part. IF YOU NEED A GOOD HEATING PAD DO NOT BUY THIS ONE!

When it's warm, it doesn't stay on my shoulders as well - but it works well and holds the heat for a while and stays cold when frozen. Overall, would recommend.

I love this wrap. Perfect for hot /cold therapy for my neck and shoulders. I suffer with severe neck/shoulder pain and searched for a wrap that I could warm in the microwave for warm therapy or cool in the freezer for cold therapy, and, it fit the shoulder and neck. This is it. I am very happy I ordered this wrap.

I gave this as a gift to my grandma and hear thank you's almost every time I talk to her, it holds the heat for a good amount of time, fits comfortably on her, and the weight helps relieve some soreness as well!

Works great

It work good! Just wish it was bigger/longer. Doesn't quite cover down the sides of the shoulders. Works great for neck and upper back.

Item arrived fast, its as described. The outside synthetic material is very soft, but they could have filled it with more of the cooling gel inside, it seems flat compared to other gel packs I own and doesn't stay cool too long.

Best item I have bought in years. Perfect for my sore neck.

Microwaves beautifully and holds heat very well.

This was bought as a gift, it was a great success. Great product.
