I ordered the Athena Zinc tablets after almost choking on a dry zinc tablet from another brand. I've found these to be very smooth and easy to get down. Since I have to take a number of meds, besides supplements, this makes a big difference for me.

Bought another brand and could not get them down. They would stick to the side of my throat. These are coated and very easy to swallow.

I am glad we found these. My wife and I were having problems swallowing the ones we got from the local grocery.
