I've only had this chair for a couple of days, but I am a big fan so far. I like that it leans back a good amount, but not too far. The faux leather is nice and soft and it's a comfortable chair. This pneumatic piston is very nice and very strong and the chair goes up and down with ease. I bought this chair because of the piston and weight capacity. I weigh 230 lbs, so not even half the 500 lbs limit. Here's to hoping the piston lasts and stays strong for years.I didn't have trouble putting it together, but it did come with quite a few screws and parts to install.

I did not have any issues with directions they we actually clear considering most China directions are not. Make sure you know how to operate an office chair, sounds silly but I saw a comment that said it doesn't lean back far enough it sure does to where I adjusted it not lean back that far. It is comfortable and really heavy duty, the chair weighs a lot. Replacing my current Corporate office chair that is super uncomfortable and they are brand new, they made a bad choice in replacement chairs. I love the lumber support for the lower back, the material looks very nice and for now plush (Hoping that holds up). I may have to chain this chair to my desk so no one runs off with it.

I like putting things together. I've assembled several office chairs. None have had such insufficient "instructions" as this. No text, and the diagrams are woefully inadequate. The biggest one: in one rectangle the diagram on the left is the seat with the part letter, with the mechanism to attach. The diagram on the right, with no part letter, appears to also be the seat. But the bolts don't attach--too small. After I've decided to punt it and finish putting it together, with only the arms connecting the seat and back (which I knew couldn't be right, while I awaited a response from the seller), I realized that second diagram was in fact the unidentified backI haven't tried the lift or recline function yet, but at least the seat is attached to the back now.It seems to pitch forward a bit, which I'm not thrilled about.

This chair has held up well and is very comfortable.

My son used this at his desk while gaming and could sit for up to 12 hours a day. He's pretty abusive to his chairs but well under the weight limit for this one. The cylinder failed after about a year. The vinyl started cracking after 18 months. The steel frame under the seat stayed intact so a cylinder replacement would have been possible but the cracked vinyl looked so bad we decided to replace it. My son was constantly having to tighten screws with the Allen wrench that came with the chair.

Size was perfect, quality is very nice! The value was extremely good compared to the big store brands. The chair moves up and down smoothly for however big or tall you are. I would just recommend a 2nd pair of hand to help hold when assembling, also quit easy!

I wish I could give this chair and company a zero star review! I changed my mind and tried to cancel the chair ONE HOUR AFTER ORDERING. It wouldn’t cancel. The chair came with 2 different sized arms. Only one fit. The back was warped and difficult to fit together. It also would not rock. I called the manufacturer’s number from the paperwork inside the box only to be told after a half hour on hold (as the next caller) that my invoice number was invalid. The item was sold by a third party, BestOffice, and I had to contact them. BestOffice’s site indicated Amazon had to handle returns. There was no way to talk to anyone to request a replacement arm. NOTHING BUT RUN AROUNDS. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! My 88 year-old husband had to take the miserable, heavy thing apart and repackage it. 🤬 The first picture shows the distance between the arm attachment. The second shows the difference in the arms. The third shows how the wrong arm is an inch and a half too large between attachment points.
