I was skeptical that these would work. Crest strips hurt my teeth. They would ache all day and I really wanted something that was gentler but worked. I am very happy with Zimba strips. They come with easy to understand instructions in the box. I bought the strawberry flavor, while subtle, it is refreshing and much better than the standard mint flavor. They are easy to apply. I haven't had any sensitivity using these strip. I typically leave them on for 30 to 45 minutes. They also come off very easy. They do leave a little bit of sticky residue, but it comes of easily with a warm water rinse. I will try another flavor for fun when it is time to do a touch up. I have used them for 7 days and within 4 I could see a slight change, and even more so after 7 days. Looking forward to seeing what the full 14 days will bring. Very very happy.

These adhered to the teeth nicely. They were not harsh like others I've tried and didn't seem to cause near the sensitivity issues like others. I don't know that I would say it tasted like peaches, but they were completely tolerable on my sensitive teeth. However, my teeth were not much whiter at all. Only one spot, on one front tooth, was even remotely changed. Tried application 3 times and it was the same each time. I would only buy them again because they are nicer than other brands I've tried but effectiveness is questionable. (I even left them on longer than directed.)

I love these and continue to repurchase them. They don't cause sensitivity at all. They suggest to use them every day for 7 days every 6 months or something like that, but I will use a set whenever I feel like I need a refresh or have something big coming up since I feel like I see a huge difference after one use.
