Professional Slant Board, Adjustable Incline Board and Calf Stretcher, Slant Board for Calf Stretching, Calf Stretch Board

Grabbed this after using a similar one in therapy for a knee replacement. This board is very versatile and can do 3 different levels of slant on the board for stretching (see notches with degree markings). The board has sandpapery grip on it to keep from slipping. The bottom of set up/base has padding/feet to keep it from sliding in your floor when youre using it. It has not budged at all as many times as i get on and off this. The main board also can be removed (picked up) from the base and used as a balance board too (see the half circle padded area on bottom of removable board). The board can hold heavy weight and did not bow at all or have any give. It is solid! Well built. Worked very well during recovery of knee replacement and I'm actually still using it a few times a week bc i liked it so well. Really gives a good stretch to backs of legs! Excellent purchase very happy with this!

This Slant board is great quality. It holds me and im on the bigger side. It’s great for stretching out my calf’s. It makes stretching super easy. Great value and perfect design.

I think this product is great value for money as it has a variety of angles available and of course can be used as a cardio pedal. I really don't have anything to complain about, nice product, great material. Great workout.

I like that this is already assembled. It’s easy to adjust easy and carry but I have to add it is very heavy because it’s made from quality wood and also if you’re a big person with big feet, it’s fantastic. Holds up to 450 pounds and has extra room for long and wide feet.

It appears to be a well made product.100% Happy with the ramp, the quality exceeds expectations. The wood feels sturdy and the floor grips work well so it doesn't slide when you stand on it. It is easy to put away.

This has a really steep slant. You can really feel the stretch especially if you have tight calf muscles and a tight Achilles tendon. I really like the stretch I get out of using this item. I do wish it had one more level lower but I still really like it. And it can support a lot of wait. It is well constructed. My PT office has one, so I had to get one for my home too.

I got this slant board to keep up my at-home PT routine after graduating from in-person sessions. I love that it has options for the angles, and the wooden prop underneath is very supportive. The construction is sturdy so I don't feel like I'm about to fall off. I opted for the non-portable/foldable option, but it doesn't take up a ton of room and it came out of the box ready to use. Two thumbs up!

Product is very well made, sturdy, and functional. I am using it as mainly a posture board, but plan to try some of the other exercises suggested on the information sheet included.

My daughter's physical therapist recommend a slant board to help strengthen my daughter's calfs and improve her walking. This one was a reasonable price and it's very sturdy. It easy moves up to different levels to increase the stretch. The board itself also has great traction so there's no slipping. Bonus, my son likes to race his hot wheels cars off of it ;)

All the screws came out of the bottom and the wood crack within two weeks of usage

Easy to use and supports my weight. It's a simple and clever design. I don't think you could build one of these for less money so it's a great value for the price.

Ideal zum Dehnen der Wadenmuskulatur, bei meiner Achillessehne die immer wieder schmerzte konnte ich mit dem Schrägbrett die Schmerzen zum Verschwinden bringen. Ich verwende es das Schrägbrett immer beim Zähneputzen.
