Finally there are replacement pans available for my Pizzaz. It’s excellent quality and matches the one that came with it exactly. Couldn’t be more pleased with the purchase!

Update May 2020 - time to get yet another new pan. And since this listing is out of stock I figured I'd update that the Presto website now seems to be selling replacement pans... At a more reasonable price but then with like $8+ shipping. So still not a great price, but they DO seem to be available...*****So, this pan shouldn't be priced so high...but guess what? It is, because it can be. Because if you own a presto pizzazz, you're going to have to eventually (probably sooner than later) get a replacement pan; and this seems to be one of the only places to get one. These pans need careful upkeep in order to keep them from getting gunked up quickly. I scrubbed the first one between each use, and it still barely limped by for 1-1.5 years (definitely kind of gross by the end). Even trying to use the "tricks" to deep clean the cooked-on oil doesn't seem to work with this tray - like the dryer sheet trick or the baking soda/soap/peroxide/vinegar/etc soaking and scrubbing tricks don't make a huge difference once it gets bad (and watch out if you try the latter; because after using one method that included dish soap and then scrubbing and rinsing as clean as possible, we ended up with a frozen pizza that tasted like island breeze...oops. it eventually came out though). With this replacement tray, I've instead taken on the routine of using a special stiff scrub brush between each use to make sure all the pan dimples get extra scrubbed, in hopes that this tray will last longer than the first one.If you need one of these trays, you need one of these trays - there's not really anywhere else to get them. But take caution about thorough cleaning so you hopefully don't have to buy another one in a year. (And please don't listen to people who say just to use foil on the tray...there are specific directions/cautions to NOT do that). In the end, it's worth the hassle, because the presto pizzaz is probably the most used appliance in our kitchen tied with the electric kettle and is great for so many things, especially since the oven takes like 15 minutes just to heat up.

We absolutely love the product, but not the pan. It is going to get expensive if I have to keep replacing the pans. We use this product many times weekly. Not long after using it, dark stains began to stick to it that were impossible to clean. At first, I only used soap and water to clean and followed all other instructions. Perhaps if immersed in water to soak immediately after use would have helped avoid this problem, but the directions stated to not put in water to soak until it cools off or it will warp the pan. As well, it says on instructions NOT to put any type of nonstick cooking spray on it, but maybe that was the mistake. After a time, when it could not be cleaned with only soap and water, I did begin to use a pad to clean, which helped somewhat, but never removed the dark spots completely; however, this did damage the Teflon coating. I finally had to throw it out and buy a new one. I think I will try using a nonstick spray, even though it says not to do this. If this doesn't help, I guess the next thing is to find another similar product which will hopefully have a better made pan.

Everything is fine. Only problem is it could be damaged in shipping. Luckily my packaging was damaged but product was okay. I’ve slightly bent one of my pans and never got it right again. Would recommend this replacement. In the past it was cheaper to just but a new Pizzazz. Not anymore.

Great replacement pizzazz pan. The original got so gross and caked with grease. I tried cleaning it with industrial strength degreaser and it didn't touch it, it only made our food taste like chemicals and had to be thrown out. I am going to try to keep this one clean, but from the reviews I've read it seems like this might have to be a yearly replacement.

This was a replacement for my original pan. Not real easy to clean with the little indentations. But, I find if when my food is done cooking, I immediately pull the pan off with a hot pad and run it under cold water it " de-glazes" most of the drippings. Any scrubbing that is needed is totally worth the effort. I use my pizzazz for everything!

After having for 2 years, I found out I could inexpensively replace the pizzaz pan and did so immediately. I have scrubbed and used every product available, and I cannot get some of the burnt on stuff off. Love my product, and I'm going to keep replacing the pan every few years.
