Cherry Wood Pendant Gift Box

I am gifting a necklace in this box to my daughter for Christmas…the box will make the necklace especially nice! The sellers responded to my questions, and sent a replacement box when the first had apparently been lost in the mail—I appreciated their willingness to do that.

This box is very beautiful wood box with glossy finished surface. The inside is basic fabric and feux leather plastic insert but still eye catching and nice and makes any jewelry piece look far more elegant and expensive. The box makes a huge difference in the impression made by whatever gift you put inside and is good keepsake item itself. There is two main versions of this box namely one with a stand up insert and one that is flat. I recommend the one that is flat for a more impressive look but that is a matter of personal preference. This box is a huge improvement over the cheap cardboard velvet boxes typical given out by jewelry stores. No matter the jewelry gift, I recommend getting rid of the box the jewelry store gives you and replace it with this one!The size of this box is sufficient to hold earings and / or a necklace chain with a small to medium size pendant. However, this is not your box if you are wanting to present a bracelet, watch, or a ring. For these items, this particular box is the wrong size.

I like this box okay. The outside is very pretty. However, the inside sort of makes me think, "Gee, I bet this was made in China" (which it was). I wouldn't call the inside 'junk', it's just not well finished. The insert that you attach the necklace to is just a little too wide and does not sit right when you put it back in place. The interior lining isn't quite glued down enough in all places. The lining is 'plastic' like - I don't know what it is, but it's not velvet or satin, it just feels a little cheap. I gave it four stars because maybe I'm just being to picky about the 'feel' of the inside of the box. I wouldn't tell you not to buy it, I would just say you get what you expect from the country of origin.

I was amazed at how flawless the finish is and the wood is. This box will make a diamond pendant on a gold chain really pop for my sweetheart. Puts to shame the box from a highend jewlery store that I purchased the diamond pendant from. I higly recommend this to anyone that wants to add a lot of POP to a gift. I took it to a friend who is laser engraving the wood with my sweethearts initial on ther top. That should really do the trick. The delivery time was much less than I was led to believe. Came in 3 days ahead of schedule.

I bought my sister an expensive necklace for Christmas that came in a very cheap looking (and stained) box. I loved the necklace but couldn't imagine giving it to her in that box. I spent days looking for a better box and even purchased a couple of them only to be highly disappointed. Amazon to the rescue but to be honest, I couldn't believe I was buying a BOX for $10! But I did and boy I am glad that I did. It is a beautiful wood box that is meant to store precious necklaces for years to come. My sister had no idea that I bought the box separately but even mentioned how beautiful it was.

Arrived promptly - thanks Amazon Prime. It arrived just as expected and exactly like the photo. The inside has a removable notched pad for the necklace to remain in place. It arrived with a thin styrofoam cushion between the item and a white cardboard box covering. There was an Amazon packaging sticker on the bottom of the white outer box and couldn't be removed without leaving behind part of the sticker. That would be my only complaint.

The box is high quality and gorgeous! It comes with another box to store it in. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is to take the necklace on and off of the holder, you need to pull at it more than other boxes I have.

I really love the cherry wood gift box! It is everything I expected and the price was really fair. It's solid wood and the interior is exceptional! The inside portion comes out so you can easily place the necklace in securely. A really great buy!!!!! I bought it to put a necklace with pendant in it to give to my mother for her birthday and this will make a great presentation as well as something for her to store it in when she's not wearing it! I truly love it! I'm very happy!! =) THIS GIFT BOX IS AWESOME!!!!!!!!!

Nowadays, it's becoming impossible to purchase an expensive jewelry and expect it to come in a box matching its sophisticated looks.I was in that exact position after purchasing quite an expensive diamond pendant necklace, with its arrival being in an ordinary navy box.Happy to say, that a positive result came to be after discovering this 'not as expensive as it looks' wooden pendant gift box.It arrived within a couple of days after ordering and was delivered by postal service.I was most pleasantly surprised after seeing the box; lovely shape, smooth design and a shiny/glossy wooden surface.Item is sturdy, made of real wood, has a decent weight to it and is well made, so, when opened, it stays in place.Box is big enough for any kind of pendant and its necklace.This is the first time that I've decided to go for less traditional box and I'm glad I did as it is more then stunning.I recommend this product!

I purchased 3 of these boxes following the positive reviews. They arrived early which was positive, but only one was in the expected condition. Of the other two boxes, one did not line up when closed, the lid slopping over the right side of the box with the left tilted up. And the third box was scratched and stained inside and out with a small hole pierced into the display area - and looked to have been used. Disappointed as the quality otherwise looked good, if you can put aside the boxes looking clunky and angular shiny and plastic.

I bought an expensive bracelet as a present, and whilst the bracelet looked good, it came in the cheapest box with the most pathetic cut out of plastic packaging for it to rest on. It made the entire gift look like something I'd won out of a Christmas Cracker. So I headed to amazon, found the first pretty wooden jewellery gift box I could find and now it's arrived I know i made the right choice.Now before even seeing the contents you know it's a good gift. The box oozes style and class.I did take a few minutes to wrap my head around how to place the jewellery as the inside was upside-down, but luckily an Amazon Customer has shared a photo of their with the necklace inside, so I managed to get it set up too.Can't wait to gift it now. I think the box will get more praise than the contents at this point!

If you're planning of gifting a nice pair or earrings, pendent or a set of both this is definitely a must have addition to present you gift splendidly.Most jewellery arrive in packaging that does little justice to them. This beautiful box solves that problemWe were giving a gift to our niece as her wedding present so wanted to a good presentation box. I wasn't sure what to expect but I was very pleased once it arrived.Will definitely be ordering from this seller again.

Bix us beautiful and unblemished. I ordered the pendant box for long earrings and it showcased them beautifully. Earrings are beautiful bithad cone in a very very very poir small cardboard type box. This box made them look twice the value they did in the small box. It is not inexpensive however it solved my problem. Note: it came inside a white lidded box which would have been great except it was a bit scruffy / scuffed. Shame really.
