Nice heat.
I use it to add heat and spice to soy sauce, ketchup, katsu sauce all for dipping sauces.

Brutally hot stuff.
Hello,I'm addicted to hot sauces. I love 'em. Usually, I'm not happy w/the hottest offerings in a restaurant. I often spike whatever is brought to me w/my own sauce. When I learned of the new world record holder (@the time). I knew I had to find some. OMFG... It's like trying to eat a can of mace. You need to add it almost w/a dropper. The heat is a thing of beauty. It's a glorious burn. My complaint is w/the taste of the pepper. Or, is it this sauce? People who don't do hot stuff often miss this aspect. No matter how hot food is. There is a taste component as well. I find the taste of this sauce not to my liking. Why four stars, then? Because the heat is a thing you've got to try at least once in your life :-). Oh, & no worries. It doesn't burn you "Going." As the Ad says it will.P.S.: I'm about to order some sauce from that UK company that genetically engineered the new world record holder: Naga Viper (>1.3million SHUs). I know. I'm sick. I need help. Blah, blah, blah... It's OK. I've accepted it :-D. Enjoy.

Naga Soreass (there's a picture of a raptor on the bottle--get it?) is a thin sauce, similar in consistency to Tabasco. Only nine ingredients in this one, including naga jolokia and Red Savina peppers. No extracts. This one smells better than any other of the half-dozen jolokia bottles in my house, for what that's worth: just peppers and vinegar. It's produced by CaJohns, makers of Sauce 10 and Holy Jolokia, two of my favorites. The flavor is about as mellow as any of the jolokia sauces I've tested, with the least heat and a fairly subtle flavor. It takes a good amount to get me to Flavor Country, but that's mostly a plus--the only part of that I find negative about it is that it can lead to a thin, watery addition to a meal. Still, worth trying.
