Hi. I don't know the exact measurements per say. But my son is 14 years old also and I bought the adult size. He is 6'1 135 lbs . So he's tall and skinny.. he loves it. Hope that helps.

Q: Are these available for ansi type eye protection like a construction zone?

ASTM F803 is a more strict standard than Ansi Z87.1, nonetheless they are different certifications. Yes it will protect you but it still doesn't mean they are "certified" for a construction zone.

Q: Can the lenses be changed for prescriptions?

Not that I’m aware of as threy are curved glasses

Q: Can this be used for sports like hockey?

My son used them for floor hockey… and they worked fine
