Best. Pillow. Ever.. I am sooooooo obsessed with this pillow. I tried a few others before and this has been life changing! I'm pregnant and also have herniated discs, insomnia, and an autoimmune nerve pain condition. I thought I would never find relief or be able to sleep without sleeping meds. I also used to flip like a fish at night and now I don't. This pillow is a godsend!!!!! It cradles you and is so comfortable as well as adjustable. I fall asleep immediately and feel so secure, supported, and pain free. It's like being in a womb again. It's also great for relaxing and can be propped up in different ways. If you have pain, a bad back, are pregnant, have insomnia, or just love the feeling of being held at night in a cuddly embrace..this pillow is the answer. I wish I had gotten it sooner for my back and to sleep through the night. It's heaven and worth every penny. Buy it, you won't regret it.

I suffer from osteoarthritis in both shoulders and will one day have them replaced. Pain pills upset my stomach so I was looking for anything to help me sleep. Though most reviews were from women using this pillow during pregnancy I did find a couple from others with a similar situation as mine. So I made the jump and purchased the pillow. I will say I had a few uncomfortable nights - no worse than without the pillow - but finally after a few weeks it has 'broken in' and I have figured out how to prop myself up between the two legs (with the u at my feet) and my tempurpedic type pillow at my head. I grab onto the leg with one arm under and the other over and that keeps my shoulder from crumpling under me. The opposite leg is at my back so I lean into that too. Last night I took no pain pills, grabbed the pillow just right and had a pain free night. The first in I can't tell you how long. I am very pleased with this pillow. Give the pillow some time. Others had great results the first night and I did finally find the right position for me but it took a couple weeks. It is comfortable right from the start though. I sleep in a queen size bed and sleep along. I am not sure how another person could sleep with me. I am 5' 7" so this size is right for me. I did purchase the 100% cotton cover. And it was very well made and easily put on. Haven't washed it yet so can't comment on any shrinkage.

I am not pregnant. I have Hypermobile Type Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. Sleeping is challenging due to my joints being knocked out of whack very easily. No singular sleep position works through the night. I have been known to create a nest of 4 - 6 pillows around and under me in order to get comfortable. The cost of this pillow was prohibitive and I finally bit the bullet and made the purchase. I have had the pillow for 5 nights. I find the length is perfect for me being 5'4", the opening is a moot point...I am a size 16 and yes there is much room between the "legs" of the pillow - however, you have to simply position it to fit your needs. The positioning is where the learning curve lives. It took me a few days to find the PERFECT way... quite frankly each day is different, however, every day WITH this pillow has been a better nights sleep than without. Last night was the first time I can recall in forever that I only woke up ONCE during the night (to use the restroom) but also the first night in years that once I got positioned... I FELT NO PAIN. I actually fell asleep thinking "nothing hurts, wow, nothing hurts"

I love this pillow, it is amazing!! If you are pregnant you will absolutely love this!! I am not pregnant but i used this mainly for sleeping on my side!! Without this pillow sleeping on my side hurts most of the time but with the support and comfort of this pillow it was much nicer!! This pillow is not memory foam so the fluff inside will not stay!! That is one of the downsides of this pillow and i am not use it because it is hardly any fluff to it anymore and the shape is gone!! Also if you have a small bed this pillow might be pain in butt than anything! I have a twin bed at the moment and it would very annoying when i wanted to use covers while using this pillow but if i had a bigger bed i don't think have such a problem. I would buy this item again if it was memory foam then it wouldn't lose its shape. I took a star off because of that!

Never had a body pillow before and thought I'd try it since just diagnosed with DISH disease and fibromyalgia. This is a very large pillow (obviously) but it stays in place and basically took up my side of the bed and did not disturb my husband's side at all. It is a nice medium firm, and allows you to nestle in and feel all cozy. It seemed like a quality pillow to me, and the head area kept my neck at a nice level. Unfortunately I returned it because although it was comfy I just could not sleep when using this. I tried it for 1 week and no improvement. I'm giving a good review because I think it's just my body/mind, and nothing wrong with the pillow. I would recommend trying it because if my mind would've accepted it I think I would've been happy with it! :)

I did some research for a body pillow for an upcoming lumbar fusion surgery. I took a lot of time reading reviews pros concs etc. I got it before the surgery so I could try it out and get used to it. First night was life changing! Can't believe I did not have one of these before. So great for back/hip pain and my sleep quality increased so much.Fast forward, had the surgery and this is by far one of the best things for recovery I could have bought. Instead of being mostly stuck laying on my back (which is also on top of the scar) I can lay on either side and it helps alleviate so much pressure. Just having the option of being able to sleep on both sides has decreased my anxiety about having painful sleep.Quality is good - firm but still cozy enough to snuggle into. It came with a cover and it is really easy to take on/off for cleaning. I am 5'7" and this is more than adequate to go my body length.

I just moved to the UK and have been sleeping horribly. I had the U pillow back in the States, but had shipped it bye sea with all of my stuff. I thought I could wait for it, but I couldn't! I decided that I couldn't wait another 5 weeks, and my old one was 3 years old anyway, so I found it again on amazon and bought it again. Tad-da! I can sleep again! Best pillow ever. I am currently pregnant, and used it through my first pregnancy as well - it was a life saver. I didn't buy it for that reason though, I simply have back problems and need to cuddle with something at night to put my back in the proper alignment (husband doesn't, so I have to find something that will!). So it works perfectly for back problems, pregnancy, or just a cuddle replacement! Would recommend to EVERYONE! (By the way, bought two other pillows in stores here and they were horrible. Couldn't find any other full U shaped pillows in stores. This is the only one!)

Not as advertised. Photos of Comfort-U pillow with labels etc. Received pillow without any labels or information - poor quality definitely NOT a Moonlight Slumber pillow and case, very inferior. Returned due to safety fears as was intended for disabled person. Clumpy filling even after shaking sent back even though I had to pay postage.

Very comfortable...helping a lot during my pregnancy... is big takes up room in bed but worth it... wud give it 5star but had to buy pillow case separate, which meant more money being spent
