No Instructions.
This stand comes with instructions that were written by someone who has a weak grasp of the English language (note the product description on Amazon). I received a box with metal and plastic parts, a bag of screws and nuts, a screwdriver, and a "manual" that only tells me several times to be sure to install the felt strip so as not to scratch the VR headset on the metal. There are no step-by-step instructions on how to put the thing together.
