Excellent product... 5 gels saw me through a 14 hr climbing cycling race
Finally found a gel that suits my gut... have used it with good results on long cycling rides and found that it can sustain me through tough climbs and many hours without causing any GI discomfort. The addition of sodium bicarbonate also seems to work on neutralising the acidity / pain in the muscles during long hard climbs.Have started using it on runs as well, where GI issues are more and so far the results are looking promising.Only small crib is that the taste is very sweet. I add it in a bottle of water-gatorade mix to make it easier to take.

Good product
Did my first half marathon run using it as the on the go fuel. Very impressed with the performance.. initially it too time to get used to the taste but for the run I could feel the energy replenishing faster. Good product

Stale and mistake
Horrible experience. Worst mistake. They sent a stale product. Gave me bad stomach and burps during the run. The batch which I had tried earlier was fine and that is why I ordered again. This batch was spoiled. No way to return and complain. Complete waste of run due to bad batch. Stay away.
