Good product
Solid one piece bar 5 feet in length. weighs right under 12 pounds. I would highly recommend should hold quite a bit of weight.

they come unscrewed as you lift
the bar itself I like. it's solid and 14lbs. When you add weights to it, even if just a simple 15 lb each side, the spinners to hold em on spin loose no matter how tight you make it. really irritating to have to ci Stanly tighten them back down.
