Hi, The base is approx. 620mm in diameter (if you were to draw a circle around it) and about 600mm directly across the narrowest part.

Does the leg support rotate independently, rotate together with the sit or it's not rotating fixed with the legs?

The footring is attached to the gas lift so it does not rotate with the chair seat

Do wheels and arm rests come with this chair?

No neither of these are supplied, however we do sell castors separately.
