Damaged box and defective bank.
This came damaged and unfortunately we ordered Christmas early and didn’t open it to inspect it until it was outside the 90 day return policy. The second I opened the Amazon bag and looked at the torn ,taped smashed box I knew it must have been a return that was resold. Put the new batteries in and of course the switch was already on but it doesn’t work at all. Yes I tried turning it off and back on.How could they send such a defective product?

Don’t bother. Worthless piece of junk.
Worked twice on Christmas Day 2022 for our granddaughter, never to work again. Put in fresh batteries three times. Finally threw in the trash today. Disappointed Granddaughter, parents and grandparents
