Small in size. Very poor quality. Seam separate within the first two weeks. The gel leaked out and created a mess. I have owned a couple hot/cold gel packs over the years. This one doesn’t compare to the others.

Wonderful heating pad. Quick and easy to microwave. Decent cover case and I use this for my legs, elbows, and arms. Affordable price and quality product. Not as heavy as other ones I’ve bought.

Both heat and cold compresses have been a god send while recovering from emergency knee surgery!

Package was open no gel pack was in the packageOnly the sleeve holder. This the second time I send this to who read these reviews.
