Hi customer, the battery can last for more than 13 hours on a full charge.; Yes, the loud beep sound indicates that it needs to be charged, we have canceled this function, it will not beep and wake you up.

Q: Why will it not stay on continuous? Used once worked great now i turn it on it lasts for 3 minutes then shuts off on its own.

Did you charge it fully before using? I know, silly question, but I feel like I had to do something like that when I first got it

Q: Is there a replacement cord, cord broke and the sound machine does not charge. I’ve tried multiple usb-c cords nothing has worked ?
