Amazing Tv that WENT DEAD IN A YEAR & SERVICE IS A HORROR STORY.
TV DIED RIGHT AFTER A YEAR. They insisted it had only 1 year warranty had to spend a day to find the 3 year warranty document. Then they accepted. This is an ongoing horror story for me. They don't have spare parts took them 15 days to get a mobo and that also didn't work. Now they ordered a panel and another 15 days wait. They are just guessing the faults and are refusing to replace the tv. I got this tv with all its fault believing the LG service is great. But even normal Chinese TV have better service than this.-----------------------This TV is amazing and beats every led, lcd, qled tv till 1L easily. It Sven beats TVs with local dimming zones and the Neo qleds with mini leds.Difference against LED tvs-Got this for 65k and honestly I haven't seen a better tv till even 1.2L ie 2021 neo qleds. The blacks are amazing. The picture quality is a notch lower than 55 inch C2 (yes i know it's 2x cost.) I've tested close to 10 tvs for 3hrs with high Bitrate content in my pendrive Drive. Compared them all. Led tv have a much longer frame transition time so scenes with more action have very little clarity as if you're watching low bitrate content that pixelates. That really is the major difference in movie watching. I also tested the similarly priced Samsung frame tv. And in front of this this that one is a joke.Compromises -I don't care for 120htz refresh rate or hdmi 2.1 if I use that once in 5 yrs that would still make like a less than 5% difference. 4k 60fps gaming itself is a great experience. Even modern consoles can't pull 120fps constant. Most movies are 24fps. So this has all the fancy stuff that you will not use removed. And it doesn't make any difference. The brightness is lower that other pricier OLED tvs and led tvs. But that's only visible in showrooms. At home it feels right in every situation. Never felt dull in medium lighting that we have at home. I was really concerned that family will feel that its dull. But in fact i have complaints that its too bright 🤣 (it's not too bright it's the sharp contrast).Software - This has the same software as all other lg oleds. But due to lower hdmi hardware it can't do chroma 4:4:4 on 4k 60fps due to bandwidth issues. Otherwise 4k24fps at 4:4:4 should be good as per reviews.Cons - these are all cons that no one told me - Software is same speed as c2 but over all lg software is slowish. There are no apps apart from popular ones Netflix Hotstar Amazon prime etc. There isn't even one good media player app that will let me play files off network storage. So you will have to go for android box. I'm considering mi box. Since my older fire stick is 1080p.The sound is not very bad for 20w speaker but adding any sound bar above 20k will give you a 10x improvement. It can get loud but there's not much depth to the sound. It's the only place where the budget credentials of this tv show up.Also lg technician said he didn't have legs for tv when i offered to buy them for future. The wall mount was free and its pretty good. You can tilt tv to sides say if you're watching tv and sitting on left half of the room closer to AC or something. But the viewing angles are so good on this you will never need it. I'm not joking. It feels like this tv cheats physics. But that's with all Oleds. Also the Lg technician quoted a laughable 33k for extended warranty of 2yrs even after 30% discount. (tv already has 3yrs). Definitely a bad deal. Hope they fix that.Another flaw is default settings that are set to over sharpen the hell out of your image to the point where subject skin seems to have weird grains. Turning sharpening off was such a relief and upgrade in picture quality over what was already good quality. Enjoyed watching Dune 30gb blue ray on this. What an experience. Will be adding a good sound system to it too.My only regret is that i should have got the 55incher.but then that 50% more costly and then you just want to get a c2 in a good deal for 20k extra during festive season. Maybe if this one goes cheap I'll get the 55inch too and use this as a monitor.Remember you get tv for the picture quality. Everything else can be fixed with speakers or android boxes for cheap. And this tv punches so much above it's weight it's absolutely insane value for money and still gives you the best picture quality. I repeat. You can get a 48inch LG c2 and it will look the same when you're watching it home at night. Also hdr, dolby vision in Netflix or on rips. My God what an experience. I'm hard pressed to find any deal breaking faults with this tv. Don't even ask me. Just go for it. Tweak the setting a bit and you will love it. Even though i got this tv blind without testing since this model isn't available offline , i have tested oleds vs qleds in depth and done the work for you, and the conclusion is oleds are so much superior.

Great tv. Leaving all rivals in dust with rock bottom price.
I have been searching for an tv for my PS5 and honestly buying a tv these days is not an easy task by any means. Tons of reviews of various TV's have flooded the internet i.e. LED QLED NEO QLED OLED FULL ARRAY LED and bla- bla. No one reviews is decisive in making a decision. I heard a lot about this tv's low brightness on reviews sites and was skeptical to purchase or not. And then i thought why not check my current tv brightness. It was only 330 nites and was sufficient for me. This tv has got 500+ nites of peak brightness. 1st huddle cleared. Then came the gaming part. This tv does not have 4k 120hz and VRR. But how many games actually support these features. A very few and that too not AAA titles. And I am not interested in competitive gaming. Any way the game running at 4k 120 hz will definitely have compromised graphics compare to 4k 60hz as ps5 hardware is simply not enough for 4k 120hz fidelity mode. Most of the flagship titles are graphic intensive. Even Rs.1 lakh plus 3080 cant do it. May be in future PS 5 pro will have the grunt to run games at those settings. 2nd hurddle cleared as well. Then came the sound issue. This was never a problem for me as i already have Denon receiver paired with Yamaha speakers. Now the 48 inch oled tv. Guys its a great tv for all your needs. The picture quality is top notch leaving all fancy led tv techs in dust. Exceptional viewing angles, contrast and clarity. Have yet to test dolby vision but i am already impressed.Lastly price and warranty was icing on the cake. So people make no mistake this tv at this price Rs.64990 has literally no competition. Just go for it you won't regret.

Best TV at this price point but poor installation service
The TV came in good condition and was opened and verified by Amazon delivery associate. However I did get any notification about installation even after 2 days. I had to call Amazon support who redirected me to Brand Support service who told me to manually call LG and request service by giving name, address, etc. This was a very poor experience compared to last time (Jan 2021) I bought an LG TV when everything was done automatically and installation was done on same day. Finally the TV installed the day after I manually registered service request. Then a week later Amazon automatically registered a new installation service request and I kept getting automated calls regarding status of the installation. Very poor experience for installation.Coming to the TV, you get a vibrant OLED panel with excellent colour gamut and fantastic HDR experience. The birghtness is more than adequate for me even in a birghtly lit room. The panel is limited to 60Hz but it is still great for gaming on my PS5 and PC. 120Hz on a 4K TV is overhyped by too many online reviewers who are rich and think everyone has machines capable of gaming at 4K 120fps.This is the best TV you can buy below 1 lakh and I wholly recommend this OLED TV.

Bad services great product
LG services is just bad. The company didn't even know that the products got delivered. They only found out when i called them after 2 days of delivery since no one came to install the TV nor i got call/SMS from technician regarding installations.Regarding the product: its just great. amazing picture and audio.i wanted to go for either QLED or OLED Tv. didn't expect the picture quality to look so great.Am happy that i went and ordered OLED tv.
