Small Pet Crate + Pad

I love this!!! So easy to put together.. moved my Pippy into it tonight.. it is so spacious and light and airy!! So much better than the wire crate. Pippy is a yorkie, 1.5 pounds so lots of room to grow! Get this!!

I’ve tried a few small dog crates over the years, but the Kindtail small dog crate is hands down the best looking one we tried. My dog took to it right away and I love how it collapses. It took few tries to set up and fold away quickly but now it’s super easy to travel with any where we go. I use the crate for the car rides and camping. I put my dog in there as he goes nuts with anxiety in the car. I ordered a second one for my cat as she needs this for car rides as well. Overall I am very happy with the portability of this crate. The only thing I wish is that it came with a carrying bag.

Very janky. It’s not well made at all. Doesn’t go together easily and the front door is almost unusable. There’s a cheap plastic door latch that close and must be forced. I don’t expect this this to last 6 months.

Liked the look, but please be warned: the provided cushion is easily ripped apart and there is this strange solid ‘bark like’ material in it. We came home to a complete mess, but it wasn’t poop! It was all from the cushion. I have no idea if it’s toxic- very disappointed.

Absolutely love our new Kindtail Pawd Crate. My new puppy likes it so much that he will go inside on his own to rest and relax. My adult dog has been using the Pawd crate since it came on the market. I love that it’s easy to set up and put away. Since we like to travel with our dogs, the portability has been great. The best thing about the crate is that it’s plastic so it’s easy to clean when there are accidents inside. Highly recommend.

So I actually purchased this new from a seller on eBay because they had it on sale. But I had it in my Amazon cart to start with. Praise the Lord I got it on sale, because had I paid full price for this I would be upset. I’m actually a bit upset anyway, because even the sale price I paid is asinine for this thing. I love the design. However, the plastic feels very flimsy. Especially the door. I feel like I have to be very careful using the door or I may break it. The price point of this is insane for this cheap plastic. I got the small size for my chihuahua. Again, love the look from a distance, and the idea. But the plastic used is a ridiculously expensive bust.

I wanted to give this five stars because it’s an awesome product. But since I received it missing 2 clips and it took a week to get those I wasn’t able to use it when I needed it. But the items very well made, lightweight, perfect size for traveling, and I feel my puppy is safe in it. If quality control was better then I would have been able to use for what I had planned and given it a 5 star review. We’ll see how it goes next trip and I’ll update. Update: we used on a trip and it was great to have. My puppies instantly took to it and feels safe when he’s in there during storms. The company reached out and apologized for the mishap and provided me with a refund. I appreciate that they read these and try to make things better. I’m updating from the 3 to 5 stars for customer service and follow up. Also because it’s a great travel crate.

I love these crates! They are so easy to assemble and break down for travel. I also think they look more like furniture than a crate which great. My only complaint is that my 10lb dog was easily able to rip apart the pad that comes within the crates. I was so thankful she didn’t chew on it and choke but as nice as the pads look, for the price I would hope they would be more difficult to rip apart.
