I use it for our family trips & also around the house. I will even take it with my when I wait for my son to get out of school. I've had this for over a month & it's still holding up. I can keep multiple skeins of yarn, really all of my crocheting tools, & tons of extras. I love that both sides have 3 holes for yarn to come through & a little pocket. I currently have two projects going. One I'm using 3 different colors & on the other side I'm just using one color. I have a 10 month old so this is perfect to have move room to room & I can work on my project without him tangling my yarn or destroying my work.Overall, I recommend this.Also, not really important but a side not. I got the pink one, LOVE, but when I took it with me in the car I was so reluctant to put it on the floor board because I didn't want it to get all gross & dirty. Well, it hasn't! It's very easy to wipe off.

Love this bag! Exactly what I wanted. I'm working on a year long temperature blanket and needed a bag big enough for the project and various skeins of yarn. This bag is perfect. It has multiple pockets inside for skeins of yarn and plenty of room in the middle of the bag to hold the project. The top opens up to a square shape so you have plenty of room to pull out a big project like a blanket. I could actually fit other projects in here as well. It has side holes to thread the yarn and a generous front flap down area for hooks. There are little pockets for other items as well. I do wish the little pockets zipped shut but since I have my stitch markers in a container they are secure anyway. There are also 2 very large pockets on the sides of the back for water bottles. This bag will be great for traveling. And I love the pink color. Definitely recommend.

This bag I swear is like Mary Poppins bag of treasures! I can fit so much stuff in here! Yarn upon yarn skein, safety eyes, stitch markers, crochet hooks, darning needles, scissors, Pom Pom makers, and more! It’s never ending! It’s fabulous quality! So many pockets to keep you organized! The backpack aspect is wonderful when you are on the go. The straps are even padded for your comfort! I can’t say enough good things! I was on the fence when I bought this and I’m so glad I did purchase it because how did I ever live without it?!

This bag has been thoughtfully designed for the price. Much more stylish than using a small trash can to corral your yarn balls and much larger. The pockets can hold nearly a 300 gram ball of yarn each. The zipper and material protect your projects and balls from pets and general debris you don't want on your hands while you're crafting. I can't speak for knitting but for crochet this bag rocks. My room is in a basement so this being a backpack is ideal for my constant changing in location. Now let's hope it doesn't meet the same fate as my last bag (cats)

I love that this bag has separate pockets for yarn and really helps with organizing my WIPS. I take it almost everywhere with me.

This bag is everything I have been wanting in a crochet bag. I knit and crochet but especially love crochet amigurumi, which usually requires many different colors per project. I don’t have to worry with this bag! I also have space for all of my hooks, needles, and other notions. It is functional and super cute!I did not realize this before I ordered, but it has metal zippers, which makes me feel that it will stand the test of time. The stitching for the handles and straps is also well sewn.I loved the bag so much that we ordered another one as a gift for my mother who is also a yarn lover. If this one ever wears out from years of use and travel, I will certainly buy another one!

I love it so much I purchased one for my friend who crochets. Its roomy and holds a lot of yarn and all my accessories and even some books. Throw it over yiy shoulder and head to a friends house to do your crocheting or knitting. Or just keep your project all together in one bag Great organization and love my bag. You won't be sorry.

I can’t speak to the travel aspect but for home use it does what I need. All my knitting tools are at hand. I’m knitting a shawl and can store it inside with plenty of room. My only complaint is the metal frame doesn’t hold it closed. I wish it would snap open and closed. For the price I’m willing to live with it
