We had our doctor check it out, as the readings we were getting seemed high. As it turned out, the readings were higher than our doctor was getting. I missed the return window, but I won't be able to use it as it's unreliable for taking an accurate blood pressure reading.

This blood pressure cuff works well. I checked the results against the one in my doctors office and the results were compatible, so it’s reliable.

I carry extra weight and have a larger arm. That’s why I needed the larger cuff. While the length fit just fine, the cuff is only 5 1/4 inches wide. What the machine did was cutting off the blood flow in my left arm. I could not feel my fingers anymore as the machine went all the way up to 275. That is unbearable, and I’m really not much of a whiner and can take a fair amount of pain (I gave birth naturally, for crying out loud!). The two times I tried to make it all the way to where the machine stops and actually takes a reading, my readings were much higher than they normally are at the doctors office. I cannot tell if the machine needs a different (wider) cuff and then possibly delivers more accurate readings, but both of my readings were high but had a 10-point variation.

The accuracy of this machine is horrible to say the least, the only reason I keep using it is just as reference point. My blood pressure reads on average 159/75 but I go to my doc every two weeks and she is nervous that it may end up too low. I only bought this because it had the biggest cuff I could find on amazon. But I still have to use it on my forearm or the accuracy is even worse on the upper arm.

Purchased this in 2020. Had a visiting nurse visit. She compared it with her device Happy to say that the reading matched her equipment exactly!
