i’ve used loads of other products, tried loads of other tables after coming off a prescription drug - some worked for a week or two then found I was awake at 2am till 6 or so.Found these and after extensive research they seemed to be good. one a night and i’msleeping like a baby and waking up non drowsy and feel refreshed. I’m just hoping i don’t get used to these and awake at 2am!I will see how it goes but the early indications are good!

This product is magical! I have been suffering from insomnia for a long time and having tried most herbal remedies out there, I wasn't expecting a lot from this sleep product. I am glad to say I have been blown away - I can now fall asleep before sunrise.Not sure if this is one of the effects of 5-htp, but I have also been feeling more relaxed. This is exactly what I was looking for, I highly recommend to anyone who is suffering with sleep difficulties

These simply did nothing at all. I even took two a couple of times and still nothing happened. Never made me feel even the slightest bit sleepy. Did not aid me in falling asleep. Now I have three quarters of a tub of utterly useless pills. Offers?

I find these don't help me drift off so much but they do seem to allow me to sleep deeper and stay asleep. This dose is good for me, tried a higher dose one and had horrible night sweats and a lot of gas. I'm a warm sleeper anyway, but this dosage doesn't make it worse at least!

I took them to help with my insomnia. I suffered debilitating diarrhoea for the 2 days I used them .so be careful.but they were easy to swallow! I’m not sure about sleep as I was up and down to the loo all night

I got it fir my husband. He used to wake up at night and couldn't go back to sleep for hours. Now he only wakes up if he needs toilet and then fmgo back to sleep straight away. He said his quality of sleep is much better now. I'll be purchasing more!

Sleeping very soundly and feeling much less anxious. These natural sleeping tablets are so effective and have countered my insomnia really well - I wake up really refreshed and not drowsy at all.
