My favorite almond baking emulsion
It only takes a good tablespoon and your cake batter for this flavor to infuse. Don’t used too much or your cake will turn out very very sweet. The smell is delectable and will remind you of a wedding

Use emulsions vs extracts from now on!
I absolutely LOVE the emulsions vs the extracts now that I've been working with them for a while. And BTW I am known as The Cake Mama, selling many baked goods so I have the experience to tell. The emulsions do NOT lose the flavor the way extracts made with alcohol do in the heat of the oven. are natural tasting in raw applications (where it is not cooked/baked such as smoothies) and the smell and taste of almonds really shines thru in this product. The ONLY reason I am subtracting one star is due to the high cost. Highly recommend.
