I saw results the first day but you get REALLY good results after about day 3. I paired this with apple cider pills and the combo was great. It looked like I lost 10 lbs in 3 days and it just took taking care of my gut health. You do have to CONTINUE to use it tho unless you plan on changing your diet

I came across Acidophilus by accident when I was feeding some orphaned baby bunnies, and needed something to aid in their digestion. I used it on the bunnies and they all survived even though the odds weren't in their favor. I have some digestive issues myself. Since Acidophilus worked so well on the bunnies I decided to give it a try, and it seemed to help my problems better than most things that I have tried. It doesn't cause any side effects and the price is reasonable.
