This book was recommended and is very interesting, basically claiming everyone is addicted to something. Very thought provoking, providing opportunities for reflection.

Richard Rohr is a writer I have spent many hours reading and studying. I was disappointed that the first time I opened this paperback pages fell out.

I'm one of those people who was traumatized by a catholic education system. So it's hard for me to get past the author's role as a priest, his intellectualism and his focus on catholic culture, to get much from this book. He does have some good ideas though.

A great gift of encouragement for a friend going through a struggle with addiction.
