I was super skeptical when I purchased but after using a week and a half I genuinely believe this does act as an appetite suppressant for me. It’s nothing earth shattering but it curbs hunger quite a bit which makes it much easier to resist cravings when on a diet. Whether that’s the actual product or just placebo effect, I don’t mind since I benefit either way!The taste is also fairly pleasant. I mix it in my fresh squeezed juice in the mornings and it adds a very light mango taste.For reference, I take one teaspoon once per day in my juice, usually in the late afternoon/early evening which is around the time I tend to get ravenous. Saw some results by day two but watched another week to be sure. After coming off of it for another week and seeing that my appetite returned to where it was (but didn't increase thankfully), I’m definitely more sure this was what made a difference.Tl;dr- one teaspoon a day worked to curb some of my hunger and doesn’t seem to have any side effects. If you have the spare $ and are working on portion control, it’s definitely worth a try. At worst, it’s just some slightly pricey extra fiber in your diet.

They taste awful and I thought they were going to help me lose weight because it says it's good for that but it didn't do anything.

First off, Id like to say that I love using bulk supplements. I've tried many different supplements and find them to be outstanding in value and quality. I received my order surprisingly fast. I ordered this to suppress my appetite, which unfortunately it did not do for me. Even after upping the dosage to a heaping tablespoon. Also, the unpleasant flavor was really hard to choke down. Sorry this one will be going back, however, bulk supplements as a company will always be my go to source for my supplements.

I actually like the flavor of the African mango extract, even tho it tastes nothing like the fruit...it's kinda "nutty" and it does help curb my appetite! Glad I bought it!

The reason I bought it is accomplished. (Boost metabolism) i wanted to simply mix with water but it doesn’t do that well. I recommend blending it into a smoothie or juice. Helps with the chalky taste but it does what I wanted it to do. I didn’t buy it for the flavor.

Same opinion as the strawberry flavor...I liked soo much... I can add extra flavor to my teas, ice teas, without sugar and a strong real mango flavor. I highly recommend this product

I would definitely buy this product again.Great value for the price.It really helped me not feel hungry for awhile.
