Q: How do I change the nosepiece on these goggles?

It should just snap out. Nothing extra that you have to do.

Q: How long does the “air” comfort hold up? Does the honeycomb become compromised after a certain amount of hours of use?

Overall I am satisfied and comfortable

Q: Do they work well with a snorkel?

Front snorkels typically have their own strap and these work fine with those. Side snorkels usually clip onto face mask straps which are much beefier than the goggle straps that these come with. I wouldn’t recommend usage with a side snorkel, unless the side snorkel has its own strap.
