Love the bed
The seller was a big help when it came to assemble the bed it is beautiful. Delivery was on time, the driver didn’t help take it up the stairs and as a heavily pregnant woman I’m not happy with that other than that I am happy with the purchase:)

DO NOT BUY WILL DAMAGE UR BACK
This bed is horrendous the mattress holder Wooden support wasn’t enough most of them broke I was damaging my spine I’m going take legal action I am in liaison with my doctor do not buy looks isn’t everything also it’s very low to the ground I made a big mistake not returning it because it was a big item that what put me off and delivery was late now I have to throw it away or give it away fabric gets dirty very easily this bed is well again seems like it’s cheap Chinese copy I’m just waiting for my doctors letters then will be in touch this bed is not for Uk ppl very low to the floor and spine damaging bed , I thought it was the Emma mattress but they changed it as had 10 year guarantee the weak wooden mattress support wooden pieces damaged the Emma mattress with in 4/5 months now I took it apart sleeping on mattress on the floor and waiting to get a new bed

Marks on it when I received it .. was left to lift up the stairs on my own..
Multiple marks and scratches on it when received.No help with getting it to my house.

not how it looks in picture
i was expecting it to be taller and the sides to be same height as mattress but it isn’t , mattress is miles higher and headboard is wobbly but it’s a lovely bed just not what i was expecting. also don’t expect the only delivery driver to help you because he wouldn’t help me bearing in mind i’m a single parent with scoliosis and disc bulge's and more and he literally left it all in passage so you couldn’t get through the kitchen, headboard weights a ton, mattress really heavy too so definitely get someone to help on the day it arrives
