This product needs to be taken off the market. I still see mice running right near the product and are not fazed.

Purchased these for new home in hope of keeping critters away. The ones that light up (shown in first image) I ASSUME are working as they are supposed to but some are defective (shown in second image). The defective ones barely light up and have a faint clicking/rattling noise whereas the ones that light up as they are supposed to are silent. Sometimes the light pulsates Sometimes it doesn't so I'm not sure if even the "functioning" ones are actually working correctly. I have started the process to exchange for a different set. Both attached images are two different plug in devices, taken with room light off and in same outlet taken about 30 seconds apart.

I read that these devices are based on pseudoscience, but decided to try them anyways. My apartment is only about 900 square feet and I placed 5 devices, so way more than necessary! I live in an apartment complex and one of the apartments around me must have roaches with the occasional roach or two wandering over to my place. I keep no food out and clean my apartment every day, so nothing in here can attrackt the roaches. Hence, the only job this device would have is to redirect lost roaches to a different apartment, which should be simple enough. Unfortunately, I've had them for weeks now and nothing has changed. I don't think they even care that those devices are here.

I bought these mainly to deter crickets from coming in my home. Epic fail. It’s well past the grace period the directions say you need to give for the barrier to become effective; yet, I still have crickets coming inside. The only thing the units are good for is as night lights. They’re very bright, almost overly so. I guess those reviewers who’ve had success must’ve had mice or other critters.

These pest repellers really seem to be working for us. This is the first year that we have had so many mice in the house. We have regular traps and sticky traps and still weren’t catching them all. This package came with six repellers in it. I have them spread throughout the house including the basement. After four days of plugging them in, we never saw a mouse or a sign of a mouse again. We can’t hear anything from them. They are definitely worth the money.

I found that I could only use one of the plugs on the wall which does not work for me. I also had one plug that did not have the light turn on and I could not figure out whether that meant the unit on it’s entirety was not working or it was just the light that was not turning on. It didn’t work for me.

I've now had these in my possession for 13 hours. I plugged them in when I got them. They are phenomenal nightlight, and are blessedly silent; unlike similar products I've used in the past. I'm hopeful that they will work.

What I like is it was easy to plug in. It works slow though.
