Landen Namale Aquarium Sand 4.4 lbs(1.7L), Super Natural for Aquarium Landscaping, Cosmetic Sand for Plant Tank, Fine Grain Natural Color River Sand for Freshwater or Blackwater Biotope Tank

I have tried about half a dozen different types of sand for my aquariums in the last month. The Landen Namale sand is my favorite. It rinsed out easily. Not a lot of organic material or weird smell. Nice neutral color. It is not sharp but is fine enough to satisfy the burrowing instincts of my cory cats and kuhli loaches Settles quickly. Does not fog up the tank when disturbed, and does not tend to get lifted up the gravel vac. Wish it wasn't so expensive. They ask such weird questions when you leave a review...sheerness and thickness? Yeah, five stars there.

In my personal opinion this is a little pricey for such a small amount of sand. It also came out a little darker than expected I would recommend getting your sand somewhere else you could probably find something with a little more bang for your buck with a good amount of research. But I’m using it for my 7.5 gallon Nano shrimp tank so it’ll kinda get the job done with some filler substrates.

Not what you think you will get. Small bag not even worth buying.

Product is a little bit redder than in the pictures. Still fit in with my scape.

This product was so hard to clean and because of that, it killed my kids fish. Do not buy!!
