The shrimp are not salt, taste good, a little sweet. There are good dry food.

Horrible taste and smell very bad. I just throw it to the trash can. Even one star is more than enough. Don't bye it.

I like to toss a few of these into ramen noodles, soup, scrambled eggs or rice. You can put them into a food processor to make them into shrimp powder. I added a photo to show the size of them in my hand. These are small & are shell on and whole. As small as they are the shell is crunchy, but easy to chew & swallow. It will soften more if you put them in a food with moisture like ramen noodles or soak them in hot water for a couple minutes. You can eat them out of hand too. Obviously if the eating a shrimp "guts, head & all" makes you cringe, then they are not for you. Any chef will tell you the shrimp heads have the most flavor! It says they are packaged in the USA but I don't know if that means they are harvested there as well. I am guessing not since it would say product of USA if they were. They are just shrimp, no added salt, seasonings, oil or preservatives. The package has a zip lock top.

This is a very good quality product that adds flavor to your cooking.

Tastes like they were dried in a pair of Dirty Socks. Smell like old taxidermy Fish

This was my 1st. purchase of dried shrimp, and they are really good!

I really didn’t minds the heads and legs. The taste however was far from what I was expecting. Tasted very much like my cod liver oil. I will experiment with these but they might end up fish food.
