I take a lot of this supplement. Around 3-4 per day. This stuff basically works like a benzodiazepine (though much, MUCH milder). It doesn't make you feel "good" it makes you feel "less". So if you are having panic attacks, high anxiety, etc, it can be extremely useful. I started trying it to deal with migraines, and what I would say is it doesn't make them hurt less, it makes you mind less. It takes me from "OMG I'm having a migraine" to "Oh, I'm having a migraine." Useful to help you sleep or relax for that reason. Be careful and consult a doctor before starting something like this.

It is good product to help a deep sleep and do not feel any side effects.

I use this stuff all the time. Excellent value and I think it works. I've made plenty of purchases. It is hard to describe what exactly it does, but it generally provides some better mood and focus and while it doesn't take stress away, I feel like it is easier to manage to stress, if that makes sense. I use this all the time.
