جربته بوضع جرامان من المسحوق مع أربعة لتر حليب على الرغم من أنه ينبغي أن أضيف فقط 0.4 جرام اي اني اضفت أربعة أضعاف الكمية الموصى بها حسب بيانات استخدام المنتج، ولكن النتيجة أن الحليب لم يتحول الى جبن كما كان يحدث معي عندما كنت استخدم الخل في صناعة الجبن، بل تحول إلى ما يشبه اللبن الزبادي مع قوام خفيف للغاية، المنتج سيء ولا انصح احد بشرائه
